Meet the brothers
Artie and Marty came to Wildmind after being trapped behind a hardware store by a local non-profit called Coastal Cats Rescue Group. Since they were not kittens when they were discovered, these brothers were not likely to adapt to being indoor cats so we are giving them a forever home. They come inside our huge barn at night but have the run of the ranch all day. They are often seen sprawled in the sun. They are not the most proficient hunters—luckily the herons visit and catch field mice and gophers—but that is likely because the volunteers shower them with treats.
Likes
These siblings love to snuggle together in fleece blankets and any and all kinds of cat beds. They enjoy sitting up high on cat trees, watching the team working, and also appreciate the variety of cat treats from the volunteers.
